This Privacy Policy explains how iChef Appliances Ltd. ("iChef", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use ichef.click.

2. Data we collect
- Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone, items purchased.
- Payment data is processed directly by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device, strictly necessary cookies.
3. Legal basis
Contract performance (order fulfilment), legal obligation (tax records), and legitimate interest (fraud prevention). GDPR Art. 6(1)(b),(c),(f); LGPD Art. 7, V, II, IX.
4. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to deliver your order: Stripe (payments), our delivery carrier, and our email provider. No data is sold.
5. Retention
Order records are kept for 7 years to meet tax and consumer-protection obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. Write to privacy@ichef.click. UK residents may complain to the ICO; Brazilian residents to the ANPD.
7. Cookies
We use only strictly-necessary cookies for the shopping session. No advertising or analytics cookies are set without your consent.
