Refund & Returns Policy
1. Right to cancel
UK customers may cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Brazilian customers within 7 days (Art. 49 CDC).
2. How to return
- Email returns@ichef.click with your order number.
- We arrange a free courier pick-up within 3 business days.
- Product must be complete, in original packaging and unused.
3. Refund
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
4. Defective products
If your DualZone arrives faulty or fails within the 2-year warranty, we replace or refund at no cost to you.
