Terms of Service
By placing an order on ichef.click you agree to these Terms.
1. The seller
iChef Appliances Ltd. — Registered in England & Wales. Contact: hello@ichef.click.
2. Orders and prices
All prices are shown in GBP for UK customers and BRL for Brazilian customers, inclusive of applicable VAT/ICMS. Orders are confirmed by email after payment.
3. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. iChef does not store card data. Suspected fraud may be declined.
4. Delivery
UK: free next-business-day delivery on orders placed before 3pm. Brazil: 4–9 business days depending on region.
5. Consumer rights
UK customers have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Brazilian customers have 7 days under Art. 49 of the CDC. See our Refund Policy.
6. Warranty
Every iChef DualZone comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Misuse, drops or unauthorised repair void the warranty.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the product. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
8. Governing law
UK orders: laws of England and Wales. Brazilian orders: Brazilian law, including the CDC.
